I hereby authorize OMW mobile automotive repair LLC (DBA OMW Mobile) and its employees
to Inspect, Repair (upon authorization), and Road Test my vehicle.
I have done my best to
inform my technician about any mechanical or safety concerns with my vehicle.
I also accept
responsibility for any pre-existing condition which may result in non-moving violations (eg
expired registration) or vehicle breakdowns.
I acknowledge that a minimum charge of $50 may
apply.
I understand a mechanics lien is hereby expressly implied upon completion of work until
payment is secured for the approved repairs.
OMW MOBILE INSPECTION, ROAD TEST AND REPAIR AGREEMENT
Please take note of the following information pertaining to our service offerings
Our labour rate is $119 per hour, for all mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
Not all technicians that are dispatched will be ASE certified master technicians.
Our System reports your services to CarFax to maintain your vehicles value.
We are a top rated CarFax repair service in the LCP area.
Our repairs carry a 12,000 miles / 12 months warranty, when we provide all the parts.
We offer limited service on European vehicles, and generally do not repair any late model European cars past 2016.
We are ASE Certified Master Technicians
We are BBB accredited
